Mate is having this problem with a Radeon graphics card HD 6490m and I cannot see an option to turn of 3d. Someone has suggested to me to try and alt tab to settings and change game resolution to highest. I will try and get mate to try this over the weekend.

Neo is your game loading in widescreen (stretched) or in 4:3?

I am trying to help someone fix this same issue. He has a HP Pavilion DV6 notebook running win 7 64 bit home premium, i5-2430m@2.4ghz, 6gb ram, radeon HD 6490m graphics card. I have tried all compatibility modes with admin. I have tried changing resolution of screen, colour from 32bit to 16bit, playing from decade disk and downloading from game from this site. I have tried all of thee above except the direct draw as i cannot locate it.

The only thing I can think of is for him to upgrade windows to professional or ultimate as they have a xp mode for older programs/ games. Home Premium doesn't have this.

If anyone finds the fix please let me know

Hi, I have XPS L701X win 7 64 bit with nvidia GeForce GT445M. I have set compatibility to vista (service pack2) and run in admin. In nvidia control panel go to display, adjust desktop size and position, then select use nvidia scaling with fixed-aspect ratio.

This works for me.
