ERROR: Banned Serial

Hey.

I just tried to get into the XWIS lobby with my nickname "exkiNax" and returns saying "Error: Banned serial". I don't see any cheat reports about me, nor do I even have any tournament/clan match statistics, since I have not had any tournaments yet. I have not shared my serial or account information either.

[RA2] 1000ms - Scenario's Don't Match

Hey guys.

For some odd reason I cannot connect to other players on RA2 online. It shows in a game lobby I have a 1000ms (red) ping and then says "Scenario's Don't Match" when trying to start an online game. Could I get some help with this issue please?
