Account deletion? Or not?

I tried to log in to the vanilla RA2 server (not YR), when I found out that my nick was deleted. I switched to the XWIS control panel, and saw that my RA2 nick really wasn't noted, although I registered the serial and nick (Plokite95). I tried to re-register it, but the bloody thing told me that the username is already used! What the heck is going on???
