I'm not sure what you mean about my nickname not being registered under this forum account. I only have this one account that I am posting from and my online in-game nickname is the same exact name. So there's no chance of gaining access to my old in-game nickname?

When I go to  http://xwis.net/game-account/and automatically get redirected to http://xwis.net/game-account/?create-nick , I can see my nickname and email associated with that nickname as a link towards the top. If I link said, link, I get redirected to my XWIS profile. If I try to create a new nickname, I get the message, "Nick has been registered already."

How can I do that if the very first option it gives me is to pick a nickname? 

you must create a nickname for the game you want to play- when you create a nickname you will see the game password

Like I said before, I am trying to regain access to a nickname I created in the past. I have not gotten a straight answer on whether or not that is possible and if it is, how to do it...
