hey guys , posting this for a m8 as he dosnt have internet but play ren singal player

he is having problem with the game
it is repeatedly crashing on the submerian level "5 i think"
but he has completed the game on all dificultys he has saved games past this level
and if he loads past this leve then it works fine and he can contiune rest of game
can the problem on this leve be fixxed if so how
