WSOCK32.dll Error[resolved]

Hi Guys,
Since 15 min. I'm unable to start Red Alert 2.
My computer gives me the following error:

It's dutch, so I've translated it: "Can't find the ordinal 1111 within DLL-file WSOCK32.dll"
While two hours ago I was able to play Red Alert 2. I've not changed any setting in my computer during that time.
Do you guys know how to solve this?

Hey,

Does anybody know how to solve this?
Or is it just reinstalling? Last month it worked fine for me, yesterday it did as well.

Hi All,

I keep having this problem. I keep lagging in the game, while I have a good connection (High speed downloading, other games does work fine) and sometimes in the middle of the game the lag is over for a minute or something. So thats the weird thing, its not constant. And no, nobody is downloading in the house here, I Checked that.

What do you guys recommend, reinstall the game? Would that make any difference? Does somebody recognize this problem?

Hope you guys could help me out.

Ow ps. Specs of my pc: 8 gb ddr3 gold, i7 processor, dunno the type of my videocard, but I just bought it. (and all the new games does work fine)
