cant conect to all the players

since i got my new router i can only conect to a few players, i got this new internet that was supose to be better but its giving me a hard time on yuri and ra2

i turned off my firewall
i open the xwiss ports
i enable dmz hosting
i turned off my antivirus

im all out of idea can someone please help me

i just keep getting match up with him in qm and he keeps bailling making it impossible for me to get a game, and on top of that he'll just randomly accept and quit right away giving me free points, witch i think is unfair for other players on the ladder.
