Why not ? New tournament, the renvenge of xwis

Hi, I asked myself a question, I am online almost every day and I see 6 people maximum while on the ladder xwis I see all the players of the ranking, who have many part played and they are never online .. its normal? Yet they have a lot of party and are rarely online

Just 4 player online this saturday ???? lol. Player play in other server ? 

Is not possible join game with other player in xwis. Why ? (with every player on the ladder) Thanks for the help
