hey m8- sounds like the other person is not connecting- if I remember correctly this problem may be solved by setting the compatibility mode for ra2.exe or redalert2.exe,

 

should be xp sp3 and run as admin

hey there- that problem can be fixed by changing the properties on ra2.exe and game.exe to "run as administrator" + compatibility for windows xp sp3
