i need to go to alting rehab, lol

Is it a good idea to alt when you start out as a beginner and then stop alting when you're more advanced to get the upper hand? Someone who gave me some advice told me to alt whenever i have the chance so that i can win easier, then when i'm not such a noob anyone, then i can stop alting. One game, i alted this one dood, Tezku, or something, and he gets mad, but at least i win lol but i really dunno. d-_-b

Now, i'm starting to do it more habitually, lol, i think i might be addicted to alting or something. I don't actually want to do it but then at one point i realize i'm doing it again, subconsciously. d-_-b sigh. any help?

Can someone tell me how to move my tanx in the correct position? I was told that i move them in the wrong places.

So, if 2 ppl r in the same clan then they can't clan vs each other on a diff clan? What if the game was fair, with no cheats n such, it's okay?.. Sometimes not many clans on makes it hard to find someone to vs.

What do i do when my miners get killed? Do i get another ref and sell a warf, because if i keep the warf and i just lost a miner my eco will be !@#$ and that'll !@#$ me up. I know it varies on each map like for dune patrol if you get your miner dies, then sell cy or something. But how about for a map like dh (a miner bash map). I realize i need to protect my miners better, but i'm just curious how i can pick up my eco again when i loose a miner.
