XWIS.net redesign

LADIES....... and gentlemen 
In recent weeks I have been working on a new design for XWIS.net, starting with what I think the ladders should look like. My aim was to create something that incorporated some of its existing traits for simplicity (they say "less is more" and nobody does it better than Google) along with elements from the older Westwood styles for that somewhat nostalgic effect.
I've already had some very good input from members of staff, including the big guy himself, Mr. van der Spek, and would now like to present the rest of the community with my more finalised revision for feedback and suggestions.

Palmolq / Disconnecting[rebanned]

I was approaching a winning position (despite playing terribley!) and then he disconnects, resulting in a wash. He didn't respond when I attempted to make contact and thus would deserve a 1-day ban and reset in two days' time. Also seems to accuse everyone of cheating so I can imagine for many this would be a very welcome punishment.
