*Yuri's Revenge 1 v 1 Tournament*

- The tournament will be held on the 25/oct/2008

- The meet will be in Korean Bunker_2 at 7.45pm GMT to begin at 8pm GMT


Format:

- It will be a 1 v 1 Double Elimination Tournament. ** We'll do it 2v2 if we get 16 players all of them show in the tourney day, the teams will be picked randomly by the tourney maker**
- The first Player to claim 3 victories advances (Best of 5 in Winner Bracket ), while the other is going to Loser Brackets, Also in the Loser Bracket it is the first player to claim 2 victories advances (Best of 3)
- Player A chooses the map for the 1st and 3rd match , Player B chooses the map for the 2nd and 4th match. And the 5th match… both Players MUST agree on it. “winner brackets-best of 5” the same goes for best of 3. The 3rd match MUST both players agree on it.

-8 or 16 Players are required


Rules:

- No Yuri

- You must be a soviet/allied side and stick to that side throughout the whole tournament

- Engineering an opponent's building is not allowed even if it's from MCV (walking or in a flak)

- No alting structures (once OR repeatedly)

- Players may agree on no engi eat for tech structures. If a player mistakenly or deliberately breaks the agreed rule a rematch may be requested by the player.

-No sealing/Ivaning structures except tech buildings ( oils hospitals repair facility etc ).

- No Flaming
All matches will be observed. If any of the above rules are broken, and sufficient evidence supplied (/r/dpl ss), immediate disqualification of the offending player may be carried out.
And 1 Victory SS needed for each match.

If there is Prizes…The funds will be supplied to **** and the winners will receive the money through Western Union.

-After (8or16) players have signed up other players should continue to sign up (as reserves). In the event of a player not showing up on the day the reserve players will take their place.

Hi all,

We are going to do a YR tournament, but first we need to know whats the suitable day for most of you to play on ; Some people say... we are busy going out in weekends so should it be in week days like for example in tuesday

So, this weekend is ok to do a YR Tournament ?

The previous winner was Marko winning 100$, and Adam second recieving $50.

Do we create a losers brackets?

And this is a double Eliminating brackets for 8 players.

I always get broke in Pos 1 if am going to tech to use (IC Dread Kirov) on 'cause of the upper level have few 2 spread ore ( I tech on 5), the upper ore finishes fast the down ore ot gets stuck because they use their units to stop me and if am going to rush every time on that pos everyone will know ur strategy there , so will be ready for rush without even a scout.

Any Tips on that pos or BO's and Strategies?

I hate people who ask for re while playing asking for SS ( as distratction )

Dont call ppl noobs after u win , anyone better than u will win vs u and will call u a noob.. it's not that if u r good ( and u r not) it doesnt give you right to call ppl noobs like a Crazy. and won by talking to me about re match when i didnt answer u ( trying to concentrate ) he said aha ur not reing me . after than when i answer him he sealed my wf/rax , the who says u r noob , he is noob becuase hes happy that he won and saying noob noob ( a way of celebrating for his lame win ).
