"Your serial number is invalid..." - Tib Sun related

When trying to get on TS it tells me "Your serial number is invalid. You should reinstall the game (using a valid serial)."

I have tried reinstalling with two different serials and keep getting the same message. I was able to log on last night with no problems and my first time trying to log on today gives me this error message.

Any ideas?
