Hi Seal,
This workaround worked for me :
if you have the Mcafee LiveSafe go to :
(1)Settings and then
(2) Real-Time Scaning then
(3)Excluded Files and finally
(4) Add File.
So Add XWIS.dll to the list and you are done!
(perhaps before that go to Settings/Quarantined Items/click over XWIS.dll and restore (restore it to the original location)
