Why exactly were my points reset last month?

My Finnish buddy Janne, better known as JJ, is having a bit of a trouble with his auto SS.
He is in fear of getting banned because he now has the new maps, BUT the auto ss won't work for some reason.

He got a threatening message from admin today saying that if he does not get his auto ss working he is in serious trouble!

Sadly he uses win8 and is not able to comply with these terms.   


JJ: Please don't ban me, i really like this game and i would like to continue playing it. Please.

mm, while back my ra2 crashed and after that i can't start it up again (with new maps patch)

Every time i try i just get black screen...  i try to reinstall, doesnt work.. 

Ra2 without new maps still works.
