My game lobby is messed up to where i cant really see what people are typing in chat the only way to see it is if i go in the lobby or create my own game

Anytime i open Ra2 without my hdmi connected to my monitor and laptop .. it will be a black screen with just audio i Have a Intel HD graphics card 5500, i tried doing the faking of another display but i guess windows 10 removed that option so you cant fake the display any more i do not know why i just want to be able to play without having to have a HDMI connected if someone could help that be great thanks !

System Specs:

Windows 10 Home(did everything correct for this in support)

HP notebook 2000z

4GB RAM 3.60 usable

AMD E-300 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 1.30 GHz

64 bit operation system x64 based processor

if i play fullscreen which is 1366x768 i get lucky if 40 fps.

if i play 1024x768x16 i get 50 sometimes

 

IF theres any help with AMD Catalyst control center configurations that people use for this game or anyone that can help me out to run at a higher speed it be greatly appreciated thank you and yes i have my power settings set as (High Performance)

I put game in 1024x768x16 run at 50 fps.. put it in 1366x768 and it lags 35 fps windows 10
