She said she didn't recieve an email saying why she was banned. There was only that warning from when she spammed the help section.... so if you could post why she is banned or send her an email it would be appreciated.

Computer randomly doesn't start or mouse shakes

Hey guys I hope someone can help.

Troys comp is messed up. Sometimes it doesn't start at all, and then when it does start the mouse acts all weird and you can't move it. You try to move it and it just shakes rapidly in one spot.

Does anyone know what could be causding this.
