I haven't actually tried to run it not in windowed mode, but I've been told it won't work. Theoretically it should, as you just select the entire screen as your desired screen region.

For me, I cast on twitch.tv and have my stream set on speedrunslive.com, so by running the game in windowed mode, I can still view/interact with my viewers in my chat. If I had dual monitors this wouldn't be a problem, but alas, I am a poor student.

Hi guys,

I'm really not very technical, so apologies if I write something dumb or obvious, but please bear with me.

I've tried to get this to work also but no luck so far. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, but for some reason my RA2 directory is located in Program Files (x86), so 32-bit?

Anyway, I have tried adding -win to the end of my target line after creating a shortcut, but I get the following error:

The name "C\Program Files (x86)\Red Alert 2\Red Alert 2.exe"-win specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

It won't let me proceed after altering the Target box. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong, or how I can fix this?

EDIT: I literally just installed the download-able version of RA2 from the Strike Team Downloads page, so I'm running that version, with the new patch Olaf released (Skirmish and Internet play only), if that helps.
