Do you have another CD ROM/DVD ROM drive so you can test the CD/DVD there?
i have a CD and DVD drive, but the C&C 3 is DVD and others are CD, so nothing happens..

Also, disable all of your virtual drives (daemon tools, alcohol 120% etc).

20% will stay there for 60 days, when ever you get a warning it takes 60 days after that warning was given for it to go away
