1. do i need to sign up for xcl ladder?
2. if so where?
3.should i report all who cheat even someone using the disconnect wash?
4.where do i post cheaters?

1.To play on XCL all you need to do download MF and play with that running.

I also recomend you read the rest of the FAQ on the homepage

3. Yes report all cheaters but make sure you have complete proof before reporting them

4. post cheaters at the XCL GAME REPORTS CENTRE of this forum.
