Its bannable if you do it against olaf. Just too difficult to deliberate every case so isnt reportable.  So although the chance is small, you can get banned for it.

I don't know that player personally but i have played many games with him in the past and chatted a bit, he switches nicks after 1-2 games or after our series was done

Same reso and if u look at stats these nicks haven't played each other so far, I heard from someone he also uses nick ~ Ra20007 ~ but I don't know if thats true
