but he will go rank busting to try and get the other clan to rank 2
its quite cheap if u ask me
because u should keep playin as RA2KE and try to get loads of pts etc
since u ARE rank 1 thenmake sure u have a clear advantage over the competition
then go play QM or somfin
but no rule says u cant play with ure trains clan

whats cheap about me not wanting to loose the points my m8 earned? i only played the first few games.
and cause i play only once a week iīd like to play a few games with the other clan before using the high ranked one.
if i should beat any other high ranked clan during that its their fault to play me in my eyes.
i just asked this question not to loose all points. i know that in the past it was always allowed to use train clans and everyone did it.
but whats the strike-team view of this?

Actually believe it or not thats not true. The westwood rule said that you could only play with one nick per month - that applied to both clan and single player.in the past it was always allowed to use train clans
But the thing you are right about is
except about 3 clans that i know of, and noone stopped it.everyone did it.
Anyway the bottom line is that on XCL there is not a 1 nick rule - this is basically because of people that have siblings playing the game. Because there is not a one-nick rule we also cannot enforce a 1-clan rule. I am totally against rank-busting, but it has always happened, always will, and therefore it is up to the individual clans to be smart about who they play.

I think it might be ok to have a training clan, IF u tell the other clan (if theyre high ranked) that u r training and so on... Then they can choose if they wanna play u or not. And then u won't be guilty of clanbusting, cause it's up to them if they wanna play u or not.. Just some toughts

you see that if you compare the abbrevs, *ra2k* and *ra2ke, and names, ra2 knights and ra2 knights elite
so i think its ok, the opponent has to choose whether he plays or not
