I think I managed to get a SS of a Chronocommando (Game was only 1 minute old) using the "Print Screen" button.
How do I retrieve this ? i.e. View it myself and if it's good send it to ST.

As long as you didnt Copy anything since then, you can go to Paint, and Paste it (Control + V), and save it as a .jpg, then post it

Any idea where it would go if the only thing i did was hit the print screen button ?

Well it would go on your 'clipboard' (it ain't a file, so dont ask where it is ), which just basically stores the last thing you 'copied', which you can only get by 'pasting'. If nothing comes up, then you've most probably copied something since then. You can only store one shot when hittin Print Screen, so its best as soon as you hit it, to go to Paint and paste it, so it will be there if you later copy the game stats or something. Don't worry, its happened to everyone that they've accidently copied something before pasting it, so better luck next time

For the next time I would suggest you to use this programm: http://www.newforce.de/Andi/cbcatcher.zip .
If its open in the background while you're playing and you are taking a screen, the programm copies the picture file automatically on your PC B)

You should use Ctrl+C or Shift+S instead of print screen.

Ctrl+C is faster than Print Screen, so what's the problem?

i found it easier to change my buttons to 1 button its easier than pressin ctrl & c

Q is already a very important hotkey...

yes it is blue but u reassign "hotkeys" to your own preferences.

just download that prog cbcatcher.
only saves them in bmp, but than you can make even 100 screens in a game and don't have to go to desktop (only have to hit print screen)
even works whit disc error.
