ok, u always go into topics that have bad names... so why not just help them anyway, about the same amount of time it takes to give us the hyperlink...

if topics don't have well thought out titles, the same question gets asked over and over again because people don't see their question may have already be answered in an identical, poorly named thread. it is a waste of time to help people individually if a title seems unrelated to the problem because it doesn't have the potential to help anyone else

but this isnt the help area is it? i thought this was suggestions... so people can just keep makin posts so you guys see how many people want that thing, because if we make topics that have already been made and you guys dont think its worth it, and then it gets thrown in the next page, which, really who goes to the next page to look for something thats been brought up already if its not on first page, its old news...

Well, good topics should not only be used in the help are, but in all areas, even in all forums, in all applications (think email) and even in real-life.

the same logic applies. someone can post the same topic a second time while the first is still active if its author didn't use a meaningful topic title which clearly indicated the subject was already being discussed
