Remember many of the people that read these threads are beginners so explain in a way they will understand.

The worst possible thing you can do when organising your economy is “ride zero”

When I say ride zero it means spend what you don’t have and see a big fat 0 where your cash should be, if you cant afford something, don’t start buying it, or alternatively, if you know an ore truck will get back in time to get what you need then its ok to start buying, but in the case of an emergency, if your riding zero… Your in trouble…

sov miners have a tendancy that once they drop off ore at the refinery they like to goto pluto and mine there. Monitor this and make sure it dnt happen. early game i number me miners 9,8,7 to help deal with this.

If sov, when u see miners full at ore click on your ref telling it to come back, if u do that hell unload then Automatically start mining closest ore.

Buy ore refs till u get 5 minors (build 1 from ur first warfac btw) Sell ur ore refs and only leave 2. Then buy 2 more warfs (CS b/o)

If you are allies, keep at least 2 refs at an ore patch, it will make your mining more efficient :)

Guys remember that you have 2 games the newer guys can play yuri or ra2 and there is a big difference in economy between those games.


Nanolights,asovsoul,tiffs and aldo's help is for both yuri and ra2.

Tom's help is for yuri only.

when your sov miner gets droned make a service depot and safe it if you are building a ref at thattime cancel it and build service depot its cheaper

just keep making ore refs and ore ref,s !also keep 2 ore refs at 1 place ! (so it runs smoother) and no ore hold up.

my Basic cs bo(i think on yuri after the miner from fac u can build 2 tanks straight away. and on ra2 you can maybe afford to build a 2nd tank about 1/2 way.

POWER

Then i buy 3 dogs. send one to middle opening and one to your other opening and xplore with the other.

then i build 1 miner and 1 tank. i do not click 30 tanks

Now when i see a miner going back which means i will have sufficient amount of cash to finish this refinery i click another tank.

By this time the cash will start to flow a bit more evenly so now is the point where i might click more than 1 tank :p

after this i leave it for 1 or 2 mins to build up maybe 3/4k so i am build tanks consistanly.

by the time i have enough money to do what i am about to do which is straight after this i get.

whilst you get the desos you will see that you have enough cash to get a 4 WAR FAC though i dnt recommended unless your at 4. or maybe your at 3 and your m8 dnt mind you having some of his ore. Also when u get your first tank out go and force attack his gems.

Because of the build time modifiers in YR.
The tanks build slower in YR (because of the modifiers), so you dont spend money as fast as you would in RA2 (where tanks cost the same, but build faster)

If you see 2 miners with about the same amount of Ore when mining, send 1 back early to make sure they dont have to wait for eachother.

This also helps to optimize ur cashflow.

with soviet it very important 2 click ur miner into ur ref, if u dont it will stand still be4 ur ore ref a half second.

with allies you (ideally) need a ref for every 2 or 3 miners. with sovs a ref for every 3 or 4 miners is fine.

so if you have 6 chrono miners at a spot (common on heck) you need 3 refs to get money at the maximum possible rate and with most efficiency. not to mention chrono miners have the habit of warping to refineries that are miles away. having the right number of refineries at a patch decreases this behaviour.

sov miners are different. they dump ore half as often and are more quick to regulate their drops to stop queuing, so a refinery can manage 4 miners, 5 or 6 if they're moving longer distances.

yuri and ra2 r diff so u should specify. on yuris (with good miner control) i can support 3 wars on 5 miners but on ra2 u need more like 7.

if you get so many war facts and indust then maybe your tanks go too fast and should haver at least about 7 sov miners to keep econmomy flowing nicely!
