Basically I'll pay someone 20 (£ $ or Euros's) to login to my system via TeamViewer and set me up. 

 

I had massive difficulties last time & would sooner someone just do it for me?....

Wanted to say the same but figured I might just as well say nothing, since this is the Help forum and this isn't of any help anyway.

Not sure if teamviewer works before boot.

did you try upgrade or fresh install?

 

Myself I would rather do fresh install but would make sure PC/Mobo or Laptop/ Model number has driver support for windows 10, and if you have a video card or any other devices check for drivers for them too.

 

If fresh install do a back up (save what you want) of your data before install
