Hi All,

 

I have just purchased a new serial through the XWIS website to play online however i am just a bit confused as to how i receive this new serial?

 

When i go to create nick for Red Alert 2 , it is still showing the old window.

 

Can someone help please.

Im not sure what you mean by "old window" can you take a screen shot of that?

New serial purchase can take up to 24 hours to be added to your game account

When i say the old window i mean the window where it is still asking me for a serial number.

 

Anyway, i think i will wait for 24 hours and see how it goes.
