But you cannot connect to the server after installation

It happend to me in the past, you have to delete all your ra2 files from your pc and reinstall it once again

Only the ra2 files from Xwis(i don't know if you play on ra2 servers but you don't have to delete those)
I also use the programm ccleaner to delete the ra2 register keys from my system, i don't know if that is necessary
but reinstalling Ra2 should fix it, atleast it worked for me

Try to install this Wolapi in your Ra2 folder and then try it will Work http://xwis.net/downloads/WOLAPI-0.0.0.exe
