if i set my desktop with nvidia pannel  at 74 hertz 

 

does the game will automaticly run at 74 hertz??

 

if not can we manually change it?

Only if your monitor is capable of more than 60hz

im playing other game under 70 hz

but my question is  how can i put ra2 on 70 hz ?

bcz other game  u need to change it in the video setting

The game is locked at 60 Hz, but sometimes due to a bug it can surpass that limit, simply unplayable.
