cant go back to the game when ever i tab i got everything right whats goin on anyone?

I had same issue, after reinstalling the game(2x) it was fixed for me

Failing that you could try downloading http://downloads.cncnet.org/updates/yr/Resources/ts_ddraw.dlland placing into your game directory (rename from ts_ddraw.dll to ddraw.dll)

i try placing the ddraw.dll into my game directory and i can tab but it lags to slow any more solutions ?

My ra2 lagged a little bit 2, i tunred my monitor to 16 bit instead of 32 bit and the lag was gone,my 2 cents
