[Exemplify]

hey guys,

 

I'm a ra2 player from game ranger server who has intended to start playing at xwis, but I have a problem here.I can't connect to the other guys! why is this happening?

 

Extra info:

 

Previously I had an xwis account which was a gift from a friend which worked pretty well but after his account was banned(obviously enough bcz we were both using it and didn't know the result will be getting banned!) I had no chance to play at xwis. a few days ago I got 2 accounts from 2 different friends but now I can't connect to the other players(except 1 of those guys that gave me the account which we expierience a hard lag in the game ---> this doesn't apply for the other guy). 

 

 

also I have tried turning off antivirus.

 

so is there any way I could fix it?

 

any help would be greatly appreciated!

btw my nick name is MeGAMan from 1 of the guys and the other 1 is legolas5(the 1 that works with the player himself)

of course u can find me either on game ranger or on cncnet or maybe xwis as well since i sometimes go there for testing connex.

Just to let u know, once i open a room my ping is shown as green at first but after a few seconds it changes to red. is that something normal or does it have something to do with my PC/connex?

I have the same problem as you. And i turned all firewalls off. It showed permanently green then. Still i couldnt connect to any one.

Also when you.get to this stage open command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns

i tried the settings that u mentioned and hopefully i could still connect with u =]

 

but still no chance with the other guys...

 

i think there should be something specific in ur settings that makes us connect each other. would like to know about that.

I got my new router today... same shit like on my old one...

Oh no Steffen thats very bad news. guess i wont get New Internet then.

The only solution for this problem is u have to enable the DMZ in ur router configuration page which is 192.168.1.1 smth like this , then try to find the setting "DMZ" enable it and put ur current IP , then problem will be solved 

 this solution doesn't work for both sander /Steffen because their providers didn't let them reach the DMZ setting

In the settings of my new router i have field called dmz

Can some1 who knows how to do that change it via teamviewer?
