2016年底pandaTV红色警戒国际邀请赛即将开打，就在12月26-28日开始，锁定熊猫TV 观看红色警戒国际比赛 ,本次比赛在熊猫TV独家全程播放。
At the end of 2016, PandaTV invited top players to join this Ra2 feast which expected to be a series of wonderful games. To witness who is the NO1 of Ra2 all over the world, donot miss the games in http://www.panda.tv/62325.
Players form China, Pakistan, Romania, Kuwait, USA, Finland, Netherlands and other countries will or have been invited to join this tournament. Oversea students from China will also take part in this tournament.
The tournament will begin at Dec26-Dec28,2016. PandaTV will streaming all the games exclusively. Focus on PandaTV, focus on your favorite players.

比赛时间12月26日至2017年1月10日
周一到周五：上午11点到凌晨2点
周六到周日：上午11点到凌晨3点

Mon. – Fri.: From 11 am. to 2 am (next day).
Sat. – Sun.: From 11 am. to 3 am (next day).
赛制
Specific Regulations
第一轮:
第一轮采用抢5赛制，首先获得第五局胜利的为获胜方晋级下一轮。参赛共计24人，混合摇号分组，每组四人小循环其中2人出线。(每组四人共六组：1组---6组）
开局地图为冰天雪地，其他4个地图在比赛规定地图中任选，每个地图只选一次。每局结束后输的一方开游戏自己选图，首先获得第五局胜利的出线。
Round 1:
BO9 (or go for 5), namely, Players who first wins 5 games win the match and go to the next round. Total of 24 players will take part in this round and will be divided into 6 groups (Group1-Group6) randomly (4 players in each group). After the minor cycle of each group, 2 winners go to the next round.
1) The map for the first game in a match will be Heck Freezes Over.
2) Player who lost in the former game should start a new game and choose the map by himself (each map in the map pool is OK) for the coming next game.
3) Bear in mind that each map can be chosen only once in a match.
第二轮:
第二轮采用抢7赛制，首先获得第7局胜利的为获胜方晋级下一轮。(6个小组第一名摇号排出1-6编号，6个小组第二名同样摇号排出1-6序号，1对1, 2对2以此类推）6个第一名对局6个第二名。
第二轮淘汰的6名选手按成绩最好的2名直接排名第七第八名，按积分，积分相同看小分，小分相同超过2人时加赛抢7。
Round 2
BO13 (or go for 7), namely, Players who first wins 7 games win the match and go to the next round. The first place of group 1-6 in Round 1 will arranged to play with the second place of group 1-6 according to the results of draw lots.
In Round 2, 6 players will be eliminated. 7th and 8th place will be selected from the 6 eliminated players according to their scores. The little score (the scores gap of former matches), will be taken into consideration under the condition that 2 players have the same score. Additional BO13 will be arranged if the 2 players shares the little score.
第三轮:
第三轮6强战摇号分出2组循环，采用抢七赛制，每组2人出线晋级下一轮四强赛。
Round 3
BO13 (or go for 7), namely, Players who first wins 7 games win the match and go to the next round. 6 remaining players will be divided into 2 groups. After a series of round-robin matches, 1 player will be eliminated in each group. A total of 4 players will go to the next round.
第四轮:
半决赛抢9，由上一轮2组各自的第一对另一组的第二，首先获得第9局胜利的选手晋级决赛。 季军战抢9.
Round 4
BO17 (or go for 9) in Round 4 (also the semi-final). Players who first wins 9 games win the match and qualified for the final. the players got the first place in the former round plays with the players got the second place in the other group. The 3rd place match is also a BO17.
第五轮:
第五轮决赛抢11，首先获得第11局胜利的选手获得冠军。
Round 5 (the final)
BO19 (or go for 11) in the final. Players who first wins 11 games win the match.
收官：
打完决赛之后，双方进行一场混搭2v2友谊表演赛，参赛及获奖选手自愿参加，作为本次友谊交流比赛的完美收官。
Ending matches：
All the players can participate in the ending matches- the 2v2 friendly matches- as a perfect ending of this tournament.

About maps：
比赛开局为冰天雪地，其他地图在比赛规定地图中任选，注意：每个图一方选过以后，另一方不可再选。
The map for the first game in a match will be Heck Freezes Over. Maps for the rest matches can be chosen arbitrary. NOTICE that each map can be chosen only once in a match. In one match, an already played map can’t be chosen by both two players.

比赛奖金分配及支付方式
Competition Bonus Distribution
冠军3000元人民币，亚军1500元人民币，季军1000元人民币，殿军900人民币， 第5到8名每人500元人民币。
以上奖金扣除百分10，作为裁判及组织者奖励。
Champion: 3000 (RMB)
Second place: 1500 (RMB)
Third place: 1000 (RMB)
4th place: 900 (RMB)
5th-8th place: 500 (RMB)
10 percent of the bonus will be deducted and used as the reward for referees and organizers.
Bonus for the 3rd place and the 4th place are changed slightly.
其他
Others
提前半天通知比赛时间，半小时不到场的判输。所有参赛选手报名后确定可以完成比赛。(特殊情况提前告知组织者）。
比赛详细规则按以往熊猫TV比赛规则执行。
组委可组织在线选手选择适合的场次进行比赛。
The exact game time will be informed half day in advance. Absent from the match longer than half an hour will be sentenced to lose the match. After signing up in the tournament, every player should make sure he can finish the tournament. Unexpected cases should inform the organizer in advance in order to rearrange the matches. Other unmentioned detailed rules refer to former tournament in Panda. The organizers can organize the online players arrange the matches properly (Sometimes the organizers may do some adjust to the matches schedule according to the specific issues to occurred during this tournament.)
