ping is very high, impossible to play. Tried origin & xwis version of RA2, tried to play with same resolutions with my friend who has same problem, tried to 

 

 

VideoBackBuffer=no 

put that in my ra2.ini, tried to change locale, nothing has changed

year ago i was playing a couple of matches here too, but everything was alright and playable

tryed to play some games 2,got a gtx950 nivdia card with newest update.

Lag's like hell(even on cncnet) cant see button's.etc

It is just very lagy, delay between my actions and unit response around 1-2 seconds, so i can't do anything really fast, save my units or attack enemies immediately 

Wasn't trying to play with other ppl except my friend, but most of them has the same 800-1000 ping for me, only few (2-3) had 50-60 ping 

Yes, i tried to play skirmish with bots and it's works well

Complain to / blame nVidia..

1000ms

An in-game ping of 1000ms indicates a firewall / router setting of the other party blocking ping requests. So ping is unlikely to be the problem.

I have an ethernet and ofc i disabled my firewall so long ago

What should he do if ra2 isnt supported by nvidia? Its like u never knew this?, I have had this problem for more than one year and played a lot of competitive games (it was playable, ofc it was annoying and u cant use all ur potential but u cant do anything else). Or buy used i5 2300 - 2500 (and use intel hd2000), 4gb ram, any lga 1055 mb, case with psu, connect ur old hdd (160gb), and wuala u have a gaming ra2 pc (~150 euros) which would run ra2 even better than ur fx83xx amd (because ra2 is old game and cant use all 8 weak cores of ur cpu).

What. 

Skirmish and campaigh launches and works great, but only problem is the ping in multiplayer, so why you sure it is hardware problem?

We have the same problem with my friend. We used to play Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge without any problems before, but now, we cant. The red balloon shows the bad ping (it was green when we were able to play) and when we want to start the game, it says we are waiting for the other player, and after ~10 seconds it disconnects. We are using the same PC, the same OS with the same ISP like before, so have no idea what happened.. :O
