bought physical copy of ra2 so i can play the campaigns again, but it wont install off any of the discs. it opens the window saying "warning miltiary software" etc with the install button but after clicking it nothing happens. running on windows 7. tried running in compatibility for 98/xp sp3. cheers.

Go to Control Panel -> Windows Update -> Installed Updates. Search for the one that has KB3086255. Right-click on it and remove it. Reboot, then manually check for updates. Among the Important Updates, right-click on that KB number and click "Hide This Update".

Hi,
I did what you said, Delete KBxxx.
Reboot. Then did a update. I hided it (there was a cross, i deleted it).
Then i tried to install the game.
Still do the game "Warning military software etc...". I click install. It seems searching for some seconds, the disc is making lap, but nothing happen.
An idea? I did a mistake somewhere?

Anyway, was too boring.
I installed Ra2 Multiplayer.
Then i would install Yuri's revenge from my disc, everything was ok, but everytime at 100% "Setup.exe has got error" and it closed the install.
So i installed Yuri Multiplayer.
Now i would like to have voice (especially voices alert, i know it better than in english 
) and the text in french in the game.
Do you know which file i have to copy in Yuri folder from my disc?

ZiGZaG, that's just the YR soundtrack. No voiceovers are found there.

To have a full experience of RA2 and YR, you'll need the following files:
From the RA2 Allied disc: maps01.mix, movies01.mix, multi.mix (unless you want to play on XWIS), theme.mix. For switching to French, also add lang.mix and overwrite the one you have installed.
From the RA2 Soviet disc: maps02.mix, movies02.mix.
From the YR disc: maps03md.mix, mov03md.mix, multimd.mix (unless you want to play on XWIS), thememd.mix. For switching to French, also add langmd.mix and overwrite the one you have installed.
