I get internals quit often.

Are there steps/things u can do so it will happend less ?

i dont know i get them alot aswell.

You can try a fresh install.

 

Also try not to have any background tasks/programs running whilst your playing. I'm not sure on your set up but you could also try changing  your desktop settings from 32bit to 16bit.
