so i am on windows 10   

 

i can run the game perfect using the game.exe  icon in my ra2 folder 

 

however

 

i can not run the game using the ra2.exe  icon    when i start through this icon i get no menu buttons issue..

 

 

i would like to try and play on QQ but QQ requires u to select file path to game application and the only icon that it accepts is the one named ra2..    

 

QQ does not accept the game.exe path...

 

 

 

why does only 1 of the 3 application exe's work ?

Let me give you 5 reasons why it won't work.

 

1. Your OS is Windows 10

2. Your OS is Windows 10

3. Your OS is Windows 10

4. Your OS is Windows 10

5. Your OS is Windows 10

 

Now, what can you do:

 

Delete RA2.exe and use Game.exe instead, or use Red Alert 2.exe. Try to replace RA2.exe renaming them

i already tried keeping 1 execute file and removing others and renaming all 3    still same result

you don't have the answer, this is for technical support not nerd support. 

 

 

 

and i only had 49 posts before this one 2 of which are in this thread so that is a false statement by you.   

 

 

and yes its for QQ  but as an example of the highly self regarded xwis community you show your true colors again  being self absorbed and face palm to outsiders. 

 

 

 

this is probably why you have no one in your lobby and everyone else goes to other servers,  you are right now ...  kettle calling the pot black.  

 

 

next time you should just take the high ground and prove your high standards of being a superior server.   i guarentee im not the only one in ra2 community that has this issue..   

 

but as it may be i dont expect a good reply from you maybe martin will come in and give some real
