I tried to make a nick name and entered in my serial number for RA2, but a yellow bar with text comes up saying its in use. I have the legit copy of first decade. What do I do?

Your serial is already added as far as i can tell.

 

Go to http://xwis.net/game-account/

 

Make a note of the 'game password' at the top of the screen. Click create nick at top and create a nick.

 

Load ra2 and log in with the nick you created and the game password you made a note of.

My mistake! I have first decade, so there's a list of serial numbers. I must of mixed up the numbers from the other serial numbers when entering my RA2 serial number.
