I tried downloading Ra2 from this site and everytime i tried to download it, it says unknown network error and stops.

yea, i used the same link i just tried it again and it always stops on 107/197 mb mark and then i get the error, I'am using windows 8.

Have you tried to download from another browser?

I will give you 2 links to download it, if you still can't download it but your internet is perfectly fine, I recommend you to reinstall your OS
