Trouble connecting to games

Hi guys. I keep getting that thing where you start joining a game, then it freezes on that screen with the little circles (you know the one I mean). It's like they bailed, but it happens on lobby games too. It sometimes works but this happens like more than 50% of the time. Any ideas? I don't get on much and this really puts me off playing.

i had that problem and it was because of my router.

when u go qm does it say "nat 1 (good) " or nat 60 (not good) 

or sth like that

If you are using a router try setting up a DMZ connection.

Says nat1 good.

How the bloody hell do I do that? I looked up a "step by step guide" and just got confused :(

It is dependant on your router make and model. Google how to access it for your router. Its normally under security settings.
