when I press right click my mouse to a broad movement on the map, my cursor automatically deselects. i have difficult play normaly game because that... i have uninstall/reinstalled the game 3x and the problem not resolved...(this problem is just for ra2)

I doubt it's just in RA2. Sounds to me like your right mouse button double clicks when held pressed.
Go here http://unixpapa.com/js/testmouse.html, hold the right mouse button pressed on the green link for 5 seconds, then post the results here. Try it multiple times.
Or even simpler, try playing the game with another mouse.

the problem is only with ra2. With other games starcraft 2, warcraft 3 my mouse do not have a problem ...
