ston3d - Multiple INTENTIONAL Disconnects at Game Start

I have already reported him for sending abusive pages: http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/topic/182833-engeat3r-sending-abusive-pages/
Now he is disconnecting me in QuickMatch (right when the game starts and I'm about to deploy MCV) to avoid playing against me because he knows that he will lose.
This is clearly intentional. He did this twice in the past 30 minutes and there's a wash on the stats...

And that's why you disconnect at game start?babe dont be so jelous i was playing other games with ggsmate we will play dont worry
You do realize what QM is for? Getting a random match-up on a random map. What you're doing, by disconnecting at game start is called unfair tournament practice.

The first rule for the XWIS server -
- Sabotaging Internet connection Commonly known as washing by disconnection. If you accidentally disconnect in a game and it ends in a wash you must give your opponent a free win. Failue to do so in a game that you were losing is regarded as cheating. If you are experiencing connection problems you are advised not to play tournament games until this is resolved ad this cannot be taken as an excuse for wash games.
