A former RA2 player would like to start playing again but he is unable to log in to his forum account: http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/user/56737-dvhs12/

 

When he tries to log in, or reset his password (by entering his username), he receives the following error message: We could not find the member account for the name or email address you supplied. Please verify the information and resubmit the form.

 

The account seems to be in good standing, so what's the reason for not being able to log in?

Don't know, tried entering the email address?

He knows the password. He just can't log in. That error message pops up even when he tries to log in.

Is he trying to use his display name instead of his login name to login?

I thought about that too. Any way you can find out what his login name is?

Try telling him to use 'Conceptuai' as the forum login name

Thanks guys. I was able to get on. I didn't realize I had three different XWIS account dating back to the S-T days. lol

 

Now to retrieve my old nicks.. Is there a way to get them back? They show they are already registered, but not on my account. I suppose it's possible somebody took them during my absence.

Your nicks where all deleted, and therefore auto removed from any clans.

Makes sense. I will reach back if I run into any issues trying to install it on a newer comp.
