im getting lamed like 50% of the games the last days by flakdroneengi. most of the time i dont even see it comming since i like to believe ppl want to play nice and fair games. then suddenly i lost my mcv and some kid start yelling he "owned"you. what is the best way to stop it as allied player. its hard and i always end up spending more as 1500 defending myself and i often have to sell war or make engi ifv to repair my mcv so even if he doesnt succeed its still a win for him since i lost more money and time.
its fucking pathetic and retarded.
If you only spend $1500 to defend against it, then it's not a win or loss for either of you (flak trak + engi + drone = $1500) and he would have lost as much time as you.
If you defended with pill boxes, or you had time to make a service depot (instead of using repair ifvs), or walled your mcv, or a combination of some of that, you can sell those things later on and get some of your money back (which could probably equate to less than $1500).
If you went straight for grizzlies (which are pretty fast) and no miners, then you catch the flak with your grizzlies, even better.
Now, if laming really really REALLY pisses you off (yes, it has to be 3 'reallys', 2 is not enough to justify this), then you can slow down the game speed 
It'll give you more time to think, less pressure, and it will also annoy them like they're annoying you. (you didn't hear this from me).
