What video drivers are u using? Sometimes I just have to alt tab and kill ra2 process after a game (this is because of nvidia drivers - at least for me). I think older drivers didnt have such problems (I assume u are using nvidia)..

If anything, it's about upload speed, not download speed.

But yeah, it's okay. I don't care if you listen or not.

U can just try how it works using 344.xx drivers. I mean what have u changed since last time (only drivers).
Also if it had happened because of upload speed wouldn't just some screenshots have been "delayed"? (Would have been uploaded with next game's screenshots?).

Now that it's fixed, and if the rest of your pc is working fine, you should create a system image:

(Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security -> Backup and Restore -> Create a system image)

If shit hits the fan one day because of auto-updates or your nephew moved some of your Windows files around or whatever, you can always go back to this current state that your pc is in, just don't get a virus. Also, speaking of auto-updates, if you haven't already done so, I suggest to turn them off where possible (except your antivirus), and manually update programs/games/drivers as needed. That way, if something feels off right after an update, you'll know which update caused it.
