So my grandparents have lived in Canada for the last ten years and are over visiting.

My gran says she's got a gift for me, something of mine she's had for years and accidentally took with her.

This is what she gave me..

haha.

Seriously tho original YR discs must be fairly rare. I remember trying to get hold of a new one 6-7 years ago and it was impossible in UK.

Both my original Allies and Soviet RA2 discs have a crack in them from the centre after many years of playing! I still have them though, all safe and sound along with my original YR disc that still actually works!

wow

Between me and a cousin we both had copies of the first decade and each original red alert 2 discs. I think he only had a single copy of YR but I must have owned at least 3 YR original game discs.

i remember playing with my bro ps1 ra, was like 15-20 years ago @ holidays in croatia.

iirc we needed 2 tv's, 2 ps1's and 2 ra's, longest match ever i played (we did 1hour no-rush rule :) ), we ended up playing around 17-18 hours :cool2: fun times

Isn't Red Alert Retaliation for the ps1 considered one of the hardest red alert games of all time? I like the Hm2 version on that game also this song:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPHXgMwko4Y

"You know we'll retaliate.."

Well, my brother asked me for one of the discs in 2001.  So i gave him the Soviet Campaign disc.  I still have the original blue disc and the case.
