not only did I play this serial / account .... never made any cheat, I am an advocate of fair play ... I do not know why I punished

 

 I prize for fair play, never do any cheating ...

My serial is unlocked, thank you for that, but my points were reset, I wonder what I did wrong? so far no one has given a justification for this.
