this happens to me on both cncnet and xwis. I'm sure it's a router issue. Is there any fix for this? I already disabled my router firewall and windows firewall so would port fowarding even matter at this point? please help!
Can only connect to one other player, cant 2v2 or 3v3.

Do you have wsock32.dll in your game directory - if so remove
& Maybe try this, it might work for RA2/YR I'm not sure though. http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=4272

Thanks grant. No i do not have wsock file, and i tried that application. It said, failed to open ports, press enter to exit.
Any other suggestions?

I finally fixed it. All my games have connected fine after running an ethernet cord for my connection. Kind of odd. I'm using a belkin router. I'm guessing something's not configured right with the wireless settings on it.

ehternet cable is preferable if its not an inconvenience- are you able to continue using the connection cabled?

Yes, it's working perfectly. Almost every game has connected.
