Please post as much detail as possible so people are best placed to help you.

What is your OS?
What game are you speaking about and which version (origin, xwis download, other)
How do you connect to the Internet (Wired/router)?

Check that mph.exe is allowed through your firewalls

Or better yet disable your firewall temporarily (windows and third party) to check if that is the problem.

I have the same problem fire wall is not the problem .If I run the game my base blows up after a few seconds into game if I close the game down and run it again all seems fine . but after a time 30 mins or so the problem comes back . I have just gotten a free copy of the game from ORIGIN I wonder if it is something to do with XWIS stopping fake copies of the game operating .Not good with computers at all the game works with out a problem on the CNCNET site .

The base exploding issue is something different. It is indeed caused by copy protection but nothing to do with XWIS. Reinstalling normally fixes the issue.

We advide you use the XWIS download (http://xwis.net/forums/index.php/topic/177134-downloads/) of the games as this will stop this issue from happening. You will still be able to play on CnCNet with the XWIS downloads as well.

Never a good suggestions, can grant access to Trojans and other backdoors.
