Hi guys,

 

I am spreading the word via my facebook for the free Origin download and rising activity online.

 

I have a mate who is interested in signing up again (we had a clan called back mafia in 02 on WOL lol) and also my cousin has expressed an interest.

 

He has a mac using C+C First Decade though - sorry if there is a topic already on this, but is there any problems (similar to my windows 8 problem or windows 10?)

Windows games don't work on a Mac, in general.
It's incredibly complicated to get it working on a Mac.

That's not totally true. I used to play on my old MBP with no issues, granted I had to use bootcamp.

Crossover can also be used and is relatively simple.

How complete are the game's functions with those softwares?
So essentially you're just installing Windows on a mac.
My comment was mainly considering OSX, but I guess I should have been more specific.

Boot camp running Windows worked FAR better than any non Mac hardware I've ever had

Toshiba <---- best of non macs

Since I play the game on my MacBook Air, CrossOver works fine, but it does tend to have some bugs. I'd say from testing it for the past 5 days, it's fine. Only has a few hiccups here and there with slow response on the multiplayer score screen and resolution. Gameplay both online and skirmish is flawless.

For me crossover worked faster than bootcamp, no idea why
