Sofar i have tried

1) Reinstalling
2) Running every .exe file in Red Alert 2 folder on 640x480 Windows 98/ME and Admin.
3) Have all Firewalls disabled.

Also read something about dualcore problems ? Needing to take a tick away from game.exe under processes so its running only on 1 core. But i cant even get to the option. Won´t allow me.

You don't have to. Windows 98 compatibility mode already turns off all-but-one cores for the affected process anyway.

Add game.exe, gamemd.exe, mph.exe and mphmd.exe to your antivirus' exception list.

I'd advise adding them to the Windows' DEP list. I had to do this with Windows 7 when I tried playing the game on my PC, without DEP enabled for the game exe's the game would keep crashing.

By that, I believe you mean Data Execution Prevention? http://windows7themes.net/en-us/disable-windows-data-execution-prevention-in-windows-7-vista/

That crap gave me hell on an old XP rig, but not for connecting with people online...

Don't add a folder to DEP. Add the 3 .exe files, reboot your system.
EXEs to add: game.exe, mph.exe

To DEP i added .exe files but folder only to antivirus since i couldnt put .exe filed to antivius list. Also rebooted after adding all 4 .exe files to DEP list.

if you are at the desktop when someone launches a game you are in, it will get main.exe at that moment. I would guess the same problem occurs in your situation.

Dsector? Olaf?

Make sure it is the actual .exe running in compatibility mode and not a shortcut or other.

Don't run in Windows 98 compatibility mode, use Windows XP compatibility mode instead.
As it's proven to be more stable.

What operating system are you REALLY using?
Post your system specification, it's nearly impossible to help you without it.

if you are running win7 or higher...

make sure you put compatibility to service pack 3

and change to 16 bit color

or if not that change to 8 bit

also make sure you run as administrator and give FULL access

I didnt even see your post when i posted mine. And yes i am running on Win 7. Tried all modes and it only offers me run in 256 colors. Dont really know how to try 16&8 bit colors.

What about the visual themes, desktop composition and  scaling on high DPI settings?

How are you connecting to the internet? Directly from a modem, through a router (wireless or wired?), mobile internet?

EDIT: If you want me to take a look, you can install join.me or TeamViewer and give me access to your computer.

I am wired to home router and it should be open to everything. Cause sofar can play any game i have tried.

It seems to me like its about the game running on win 7. cause it said the game.exe stops working.

Tho if single runs why shouldn´t multy.
